Reasons For The Arlo Base Station Error 4403
As per us the Arlo base station error 4403 mainly comes because of some temporary glitches. I mean that this error simply means that your device has encountered some temporary problems that led the firmware update process to fail.
In case there is no problem on your end, and the error is continuing after trying all kinds of general workarounds then most probably Arlo’s system is facing some issues.
Fixes For Arlo Base Station Error 4403
During our research, we have found that this error requires a simple reboot of the base station, and you are all good to go. Simply go to your base and toggle off the power button, then wait for around 10 seconds, and then turn on the power button.
This whole process may take a few minutes but once done you should be able to install the required firmware update without any errors.
In case the error still comes then try restarting your base station, and then try installing the update while logged in to your PC.
Note: In order to install any updates for the Arlo camera you have to make sure that it is fully charged, and you have a stable connection.
In case you still get the error then go to the Arlo server status page and check if there are any ongoing issues with the Arlo system. If so then you should wait for a few hours and try again.
