Fix 1: Try Restarting The Game And Device

  • First start with restarting the game. Simply quit the game and relaunch the game after a few seconds. If you are using bluestack then quit the game along with the bluestack and then relaunch the game.
  • If you still get the error then quit the game and power off your device. Then wait for a full 2 to 3 minutes and then restart the device. Then launch the game and check if now you can log in to the game.

Fix 2: Make Sure There Are No Pending Updates

Next, check and make sure there are no pending updates available for the game or the Bluestack emulator. And if there are any pending updates for the game or Bluestack then consider installing them, and then check for the error.
