Fix 1: Are You Using Your Middle Name?
If while creating your account you are using your middle then try removing your middle name, and then check if now you can create your account. This workaround was shared on Reddit by one user who was having the same issue and removing the middle name help him fix the issue.
Fix 2: Try Common Workarounds For Internet And Browser
- Make sure your internet is working with good speed and stability. To check your internet connection strength you can perform an internet speed test.
- If your internet is working with good speed but the error is still coming then make sure your browser is up to date with the latest firmware version.
- If your browser is updated then you can try using the IRS under your browser incognito/private mode.
- If the error still continues then try using IRS from any other browser of your choice. If the error is browser specific then doing this will help you resolve the issue.
Fix 3: Server Will Be Down
If you are done with the above-given suggestion but the error still comes then we will advise you to wait for some hours or a day and then try again. It’s possible that the IRS servers are down because of some reason, and that’s why you are having the issue.
