  • According to us, users should start troubleshooting the error code N8102-106 by simply refreshing the connection for their device and router. Simply shut down your device and router for around five minutes, then after five minutes restart your device and internet, now check if the error still comes or not.
  • Next check and make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser, in case there is any pending update for your browser then consider installing the update.
  • In case the error persists then go to http://netflix.com/clearcookies from your web browser to clear all the cookies and cache for Netflix, then check if the error still comes or not.
  • If the error still continues then you should try emptying the cache from the Safari Develop Tab, and to do so follow the steps given below.
    • Visit the Safari drop-down menu.
    • Select Preferences.
    • Choose Advanced tab.
    • Then select the option “Show Develop menu in menu bar”.
    • Then go back to the  Safari main menu, and choose the Develop tab.
    • Then choose Empty Cache.
  • Next, you can try using Netflix from any alternate browser, such as Chrome, firefox, etc to check if this helps with the issue or not.
