If you are trying to download a title on Netflix but have the error code “nql.23000” then this means that you have reached the limit of the maximum number of download devices as per your plan.
The error says, “You have downloads on too many devices. Please remove downloads from another device, or go to netflix.com/changeplan for plan options. (NQL.23000)”

Fix 1: Delete Downloaded Title From Any Of Devices
Simply access a device where your Netflix account is been used, and then delete all the downloads to free up some space to continue downloading other titles.
Here is how you can Delete Netflix Downloaded Video On Your Device
- Launch The Netflix app.
- Then go to the Downloads.
- Then tap Edit from the top right corner.
- Then you need to Check the box next to the TV show or movie which you want to delete.
- Then tap Delete.
Note: In case you don’t have access to the device from where you need to remove downloads then you can visit here from your web browser to delete the downloads without accessing the device.
Fix 2: Upgrade Your Plan

Fix 3: Contact Netflix
