Fix 1: Is Your Console account linked to the Battle.net account 

Check if your console account is linked to your Battle.net account, if yes then you must have BattleTag.

If in case your Battle.net is connected to your console account then you need to disconnect it and then reconnect it to check if it resolves the error or not.


Fix 2: Inspect Your Network Configuration Settings

Inspect your network configuration settings to find if there is any problem with your firewall, router, or port settings as they may also trigger this error.

  • Power off the device on which you are having the error.
