Fix 1: Check Server Status

If you are having trouble streaming content on the Apple TV app with the n/64 error popping up. Then, it would be a good idea to first look into the status of Apple TV servers and see if they are suffering from any kind of server outages or are going through some kind of maintenance. 

You can do this by directly going to their official website here. Or, head to third-party websites like downdetcector, isdownstatus, hostgator and so on, to check whether the servers are up and running fine.

And if the servers are down and not running properly. Then, there is actually nothing much you could do anyways to solve the error. But, just wait it out till the problem causing the error is taken care of at the server side itself.

Fix 2: Check Internet Connectivity

There may also be times when an unstable or slow internet connection can also lead to such an error to occur. Now this can happen due to a number of reasons such as loss of data due to a loose connection or a damage to wires connecting your network hardware and so on. 

Hence, it is important that you thoroughly check your connections properly for any loose connections or damage and take measures accordingly to prevent any loss of such data.
