If you are trying out the all new Blue Protocol game and have encountered the following Blue Protocol error code 102. Then, chances are that you may be seeing this as a result of a server error or a connectivity issue either at your end or the server side.
And given that the game is still under development. There is actually nothing much available over the internet to help with troubleshooting the particular error.
Moreover, although there are a few errors which the official Blue Protocol team have reviewed and given solutions for. There is still nothing available on their site with respect to the Error Code 102 for the game.
Hence, we tried to do our own research and found a few solutions online after having gone through a few forums and threads out there that are as follows:
Fixes For Blue Protocol error code 102
Fix 1: Switch to a different VPN
Usually, when you try to access the game from outside Japan. You might come across a number of errors preventing you from being able to play the game. This may be because the game is still in its initial stages and more or less region locked.
Due to this, most users are taking the help of third party VPNs out there to change their location to Japan and play the game that way.
And although, this seems to have worked for many users. There are times, when depending what type of VPN you might be using, errors such as 102 or 103 may show up, preventing you from playing the game, even though you changed your location with the help of a VPN.
Hence, it all boils down to what type of VPN you are using, as has been mentioned by @WuCharlie as shown above.
You can try out the various VPNs out there on trial, and can subscribe to the one which meets all your needs and does not give any kind of errors.
Fix 2: Disable IPv6
If the error is occurring as a result of a connectivity issue related to the IPv6 protocol which you may be using on your PC. Then, you might want to try disabling it and see if doing so helps fix the issue.
A few users out there, including @TheoCy as shown above, reported that disabling the IPv6 option on their respective system seemed to have done the trick for them. And although, he later clarifies that the following method is primarily for solving the 101 error. You can also give it a try to see if it can help with the 102 Error as well.

Fix 3: Reinstall the game
There may be times when certain game files might get corrupted or bugged, due to which you might see the following error.
In such cases, as mentioned in the screenshot above by @BritoFromGlobal. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game client fresh to see if that helps with the following error.
Fix 4: Run the game client as Admin
Although, this may not be a way to solve the following error. It still might prove to be a way to bypass the error and launch the game.
To run the game as an admin. Simply, right-click on the game client and choose the run as administrator option.
