- Then wait for around 5 minutes.

- If the error persists, we recommend clearing the cache data. If you are accessing the Crunchyroll website through your browser, then try clearing the browser cookies.
- For Crunchyroll app users on smartphones or Smart TVs, navigate to your device settings and clear the Crunchyroll app’s cache data. Afterward, check if the error persists.
