As per most of the users’ complaints, the error code 32 occurs with WWII when users try to play the game. Users have also mentioned that the error started to appear after downloading the recent update.

Fix 1: Power Cycle Your Device And Check For Update

To resolve the issue we will advise you first to power cycle the device and check if the error persists. If the error continues then check if there is a pending update for the game.

  • Power off your device and then disconnect it from the power source.
  • Then wait for around 5 minutes to give your device a fresh start.
  • Then power on the device and check if the error still continues.
  • If you still receive the error then we will advise you to check if there is a pending update for the game. If yes then install the update.

Fix 2: Connect To Online Zombies Instead Of Xbox Live

If you still get the error then try connecting to the online Zombies instead of connecting to the Xbox Live. If you do so it will ask you to restart for an update, then choose to restart the device.

This workaround was shared on Reddit by a user who was able to fix the issue by simply doing this.

Fix 3: Check WWII Server Status

In case the error continues then go to the Activision Server Status page and check if WWII servers are showing offline.

  • Go to Activision Server Status page.
  • From the right side click on the option where it says, Select Game.
  • Then select WWII.
  • Then check if the servers are showing Online or not.

Fix 4: Other Workarounds

  • Check If you need to update your system firmware, if yes then choose to update your device to the latest firmware version and then check for the error.
  • Restart your internet and perform an internet speed test to test your connection speed and stability.
  • Connect your device over another internet connection. You can also choose to use a mobile hotspot to connect your device.
