If you are using the 7th gen or any previous version of the Ipad, and you recently updated your Audible app, then it’s possible that the new version of the Audible app is not supporting your device. The current app that I found only accommodates iOS13+, so I will suggest you uninstall the Audible App and install any previous version of Audible. To install any previous version of the Audible, just go to ApkMirror -> search for Audible -> download the previous version of Audible -> install it manually to your iPad.
