Fix 1: Check If Dice Dreams Is Updated Or Not

First, you need to make sure that the Dice Dream app is updated with the latest version of not. To check that follow the steps given below.

For Android

  • Go to your App Store.
  • Tap on your Profile icon.
  • Tap Manage Apps & Devices.
  • Check if you see the option Update Available, if yes then tap on it to get the lists of apps which are needed to be updated.
  • Check if Dice Dreams is on the list of apps which are needed to be updated. If yes then tap update next to the app.

For IOS

  • Go to the App Store.
  • Tap on your profile icon from the top of the screen.
  • Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes.
  • If Dice Dreams needed to be updated then tap Update next to the Dice Dreams.

Fix 2: Check Your Internet

If the Dice Dreams app is updated but the error is still coming then check if there is something wrong with your internet.
