- First, check if your internet is working, and to check your internet working status you can try opening any other app or website, if other apps/ websites are functioning then it means that your internet is working, otherwise your internet has some issues.
- If your internet is working then completely close the Gpay app and then disconnect your device from the internet. Then wait for around 30 seconds and reconnect your device to the internet, then check if the error still appears.
- As I mentioned above, in the beginning, error code 91 can also occur because of transaction timeout which is very normal when bank servers are not working normally, so try completing the transaction 2 to 3 times.
- If the error persists then check if you need to update your Gpay app, if your Gpay app is outdated then this can also lead to such issues. So check and make sure that you are using the latest version of the Gpay app.
- If nothing above helps you resolve the issue then try making any other transactions to check if the issue is related to the receiver account, if other payments are processing successfully without any issues then this may mean that the issue is on the receiver account end.
