Our research suggests that this error can come for various reasons and we have to try all kinds of workarounds to fix any causes that can lead to such issues.

Fix 1: Are You Having The Error On An iPhone Smartphone?

If you are having the error while trying to access any of the Microsoft Office apps on your IOS smartphone then try enabling the Delete Login Credentials for the Microsoft Office app for which you are having the error.

Here are the steps you need to follow:

• Go to the Settings.
• Then choose the Microsoft Office app for which you are having the error.
• Then under the RESET, choose Reset ‘app name’.
• Then choose Delete Login Credentials.
• Then relaunch the Microsoft Office app and check if error still persists.
