Fix 1: Restart The Orange TV

On the Orange TV official community, the Orange TV team has confirmed that the incident that caused this error has already been fixed. But if you still continue to get this error then the first thing you should try is to restart the Orange TV app.

  • Close the Orange TV app.
  • Then simply disconnect the device from the internet. 
  • Then wait for around 20 seconds.
  • Then reconnect the device to the internet.
  • Now open the Orange TV app and check if you still have the error.

Fix 2: Check If Orange TV App Needed To Be Updated

The next thing you need to do is to check if Orange TV needs to be updated.

So check and if there are any pending updates available for the Orange TV then consider updating the app. After that check, if the error still persists.


Fix 3: Restart The Device

If Orange TV is updated but the error still continues then try restarting the device and internet.
