You don’t own this video or have an active rental. Review your orders at www.amazon.com/digitalorders. If you recently purchased, the payment method might have been declined. For rentals, the rental period might have expired. For further assistance, please contact Amazon Customer Service at www.amazon.com/video/contactus and refer to error 7035.

As per Amazon, the issue comes when your payment is declined or if your rental period is over.

But we have found many users complaining that their rental period is not over, or that their payment has not declined, but the error is still coming. Fix 1: Check For Payment Related Issues
