  • If you are having the error with a recently purchased item then we will suggest you to check if your payment goes through successfully. Check your phone if you got any payment decline messages, or go to your order page to check if there you can see any payment decline messages.
  • In case for some reason your payment got declined then we will suggest you to check your payment settings and 1-Click settings.
  • If there is nothing wrong with your default payment then we will suggest you to try making the purchase with any other payment method.

Fix 2: Check Your Rental Period

  • If you are having the error with a rental-purchase then we will suggest you to check if your rental period is over.
  • In case your rental period is not over but still having the error then we will suggest you to log out from your Prime Video account and then restart the device. Then launch the prime video and log in back to your account to check if the error still appears.

Fix 3: Are You Using A VPN?

Are you using a VPN on your device? If yes then this can be the problem so we will suggest you to disable the VPN and then check if the error still exists.

During our research, we found one user in the Amazon Forum who mentioned that he also encountered the same error, but later he found out that he had a VPN (Virtual Private Network) running on his device. As he turned off the VPN, this error got resolved.
