Fix 1: Delete Patch folder 

If reinstalling the game didn’t do the trick for you as has been mentioned by user @GamelyPlanet below. You can try deleting the Patch folder along with the .exe game application and run a repair operation after that on the Origin platform.

You can find the Patch folder and the .exe file in the game folder which usually by default should be in your C: drive and under Program Files, unless you manually set the location to a different destination during the installation process. 

Hence, once you have deleted both the files from your system. You can next launch the Origin app and repair the game as shown below:

  • Head to the My Game Library section on your Origin dashboard.
  • Then, right-click on the Star Wars2 game icon and select the Repair Game option from the drop down menu list. 
  • Give it a few moments for the game to be repaired, and check if that helps with the error.

Fix 2: Change your location

As has been mentioned by user @DanielVader12 as shown in the screenshot below, changing your location on EA account settings can also help solve the particular issue, if it is a server issue happening with any of the regional servers you are connected to.

Hence, you can try changing your location and connect to a different server to see if doing so helps bypass the error currently occurring in your region. 

To make changes to your location, you can follow the steps as shown below:

  • Login to your EA account and under your Profile, click on the Settings option.
  • Then, head to Application and select a different location under Select region and apply the changes. 
  • Launch the game and see if the error has been resolved.
