- In case you are receiving this error while login to your account then close the app and disconnect your device from the internet, then wait for around 10 seconds, and then reconnect your device to the internet. Then relaunch the app and check if you still get the error or not.
- If you still get the error then check if Wyze is going through any system outage. To check the outage with the Wyze you can visit downdetector, wyze Service Status page, and wyze forum. If there is an ongoing outage with the Wyze system then it’s very much possible that the error is coming because of this recent event and you should wait till things get back to normal.
