Fix 1: Power Cycle Your Xbox Console

  • Shut down your console and disconnect it from the power source.
  • Then wait for a full ten minutes before restarting the console.
  • Then reconnect your console to the power source, and restart your console.

Fix 2: Factory Reset Your Xbox One Console
