How To Cancel Prime Subscription?
- Open Amazon
- Login to your account
- Tap on your Account icon from the top right corner
- Tap Prime Subscription
- Tap End Membership
- Follow the on-screen options

How To Cancel Prime Video Subscription?
Prime video is part of the Amazon Prime membership, so you don’t need to cancel the Prime Video separately.
Simply cancel the Prime Membership, and it will automatically cancel the Prime Video.
Note: If you have any additional subscriptions tied to your Amazon Prime or Prime Video membership, it will not renew once your Amazon Prime membership ends.
How To Cancel Purchased Movie Or Tv Show?
If you accidentally purchased any Amazon Movies or TV Show, then please don’t play the video.
If you play the video unintentionally, or even accidentally tap the play button. It will remove the cancel option from the purchased movie.
So please make sure that you do not tap the play button if you are willing to cancel the purchased title from Amazon.
Why Cancel Option Is Not Showing For Purchased Movie?
You do not see the cancel option for the Purchased movie because you may tap the play button intentionally or unintentionally.
In this case, the only hope is to talk to Customer support.
I don’t know whether you will be refunded for the purchase or not, but contacting customer support is the last option for you.
How To Cancel Your Prime Video Channel Subscription?
- Open Prime Video
- Go to the Prime Video settings
- Go to channel
- Find the video channel subscription you want to cancel
- Tap cancel channel
Note: You can see the end date for the subscription on the confirmation screen. You have the option to reverse your cancellation until that date. After the end date, you will not have the option to channel, and you be not be charged anymore.
