Fix 1: Restart Your Home Network And Device

Before trying anything else we suggest you to restart your device along with your home network to make sure there are no temporary glitches.

  • Power off your device.
  • In case your device has a power cord connected to the power outlet then consider disconnecting it from the power source.
  • Then disconnect your router from the power source.
  • Then wait for around 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Then restart your device and internet.
  • Then check if error still comes or not.

Fix 2: Clear The Netflix Cache And App Data

  • If you still get the error then go to an internet speed test website to test your internet connection strength and speed. If test results show slow or unstable internet then contact your ISP.

  • If the router and device are near to each other but the error is still coming then try connecting your device over a mobile hotspot connection.
