Fix 1: Restart Your Router And Check Your Internet Speed

  • Then Wait for a full 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then Restart your router.
  • Then go to any Internet speed test website and Test your internet connection speed.
  • If your test result shows fast internet speed then try relaunching the Netflix and check if the error still comes.
  • If the test result shows slow internet speed then contact your ISP.

Fix 2: Try Resetting The Netflix App

If your internet is working without any issues but you continue to get the error while using Netflix then try resting the Netflix app under your device settings.

  • Go to your Device settings.
