Fix 1: Make Sure Your Device Firmware is Updated
First thing you need to make sure that you are using the latest version of your device software/firmware. So go to your device settings and check if you need to update your device firmware, If yes then consider updating your device and then check for the error.

Fix 2: Check Update For The Netflix App
If your device software/firmware is updated but you are still having the error then check if you have a pending update for the Netflix app to make sure you are using the latest version of the Netflix app.

If Netflix and your device firmware are up to date with the latest version but the error is still coming then try giving your devices a fresh start by rebooting them.

- Then disconnect your router from the power source.
- Then wait for around 5 to 6 minutes.
- Then restart the router and device.
- Then relaunch Netflix and check if errors still come.
