Fix 1: Check If You Need To Update Your Console
One of the major reasons behind the error is the outdated PlayStation firmware version. So check if you need to update your PlayStation console. But before checking the update for your Playstation console we will suggest you to restart your console.
For PS4
- Restart your console.
- Then go to Settings.
- Then choose System Software Update.
- Then choose Update Now.
- If your console is already updated with the latest software, you’ll see a message that your console is already updated.
- In case there is a new update then tap Next to start downloading the update.
For PS5
- Restart your Console.
- Then go to your console Settings.
- Then scroll down and select System.
- Then under the System Software select System Software Update and Settings.

Fix 2: Rebuilt The PlayStation Database
