- First, try power cycling your Smart TV, and to do so shut down your TV and disconnect it from the power source. Now wait for a full 5 to 7 minutes and then restart the TV. Then relaunch the Prime Video and check if the error still comes.
- Next, check if your Smart TV memory is full, if it’s full or about to full then you should clear your Smart TV memory and then check if the error still comes.
- If you are receiving this error in a Vizio Smart TV then go to the main menu -> choose System -> choose Reset. By doing this you will clear all the memory from the TV and may get back Prime Video.
- If the error still comes then you can choose to perform Factory Reset for your Smart TV. But before factory resetting your TV make sure to note your WIfi login, apps account logins, etc., because performing a factory reset for your TV will erase all of this data.
